* FIXED:
- Replacement string library for some extra speed & thread safety
- Stylesheets with @imports weren't ref-counting their @imports - this would either 1: not matter, or 2: crash after one minute, depending on the order of the imported documents (fixes Invision Power Board crash)
- CSS Parser now reads values ending with ';;'
- Invalid tokens found in CSS documents are now outputted to the log file with line & column number
- An issue with PNG images in MHTML not displaying because of line endings has been fixed
- URL Auto-versioner & CSS documents don't try to resolve MHTML references
